Biluochun tea has a history of more than 1,000 years, the folk called "Dongting tea", the Qing Dynasty, during the Kangxi period, the Kangxi Emperor tasted this soup colour turquoise, curled like a snail of the famous tea, doubly appreciated, and so the name "Biluochun".

Biluochun is characterised by the pure soil seed tea tree, compared with the good seed, it is a small-leafed species with a finer appearance, dry tea with hair, tender green leaf bottom, clear water colour, good sweetness and strong flower and fruit aroma, which pays more attention to the good taste. Therefore, the better the Biluochun, the earlier the production time, the more the dry tea shows the hair, the greener the colour, the smaller the buds, the fuller and fatter, and the better the sweetness will be.

BREWING

Green tea belongs to non-fermented tea, and the more common ones are West Lake Longjing, Biluochun and so on. This kind of tea is relatively tender, not suitable for bubbles with freshly boiled water, 80 ° C ~ 85 ° C is appropriate, the ratio of tea and water to 1:50 is better, brewing time is 2 ~ 3 minutes, it is best to brew and drink. If the brewing temperature is too high or too long, the polyphenols will be destroyed, and the tea soup will not only turn yellow, but also the aromatic substances in it will be volatilized. It is best to brew green tea with porcelain cups. When brewing, first use 1/4 of the water to moisten the tea leaves, after 20 seconds or half a minute and then flush water to drink, brewing green tea generally does not cover the lid, otherwise the tea soup will turn yellow.
